Busy Busy Busy

View for miles and miles, this is how we know we are almost home, we see these amazing views driving to our mountain retreat. The only downfall is that we are not living here full-time yet, but hopefully with God’s guidance, we can make this move soon. We have been working hard at our “now” home and have not had as much time on this glorious retreat location, life has been interfering with any fun time, lol. We love our life in Texas (our jobs, family, etc.), but the growth in subdivisions and people is disheartening to the little town we raised both our children in. Due to this growth, we decided to look elsewhere for quiet, and that is how we found our mountain retreat in Arkansas, seeking a location to retire, eventually. The immediate plan for us is to have a shelter on the land while we continue to work on getting it cleared and a road built, as well as installing a water line and eventually plumbing of some sort, lol! Life is crazy busy but we love all the moments we get here to improve our place, preparing for our future homestead.
